My role is to create clarity where it's missing and rebuilt processes where needed, in numbers, in accountability or in how decisions get made. Systems that serve an organisation, not ones it has to serve.Problems I typically solve in these mandates:
● An organisation is growing faster than its financial & operational infrastructure and decisions are made on instinct rather than reliable numbers.
● A transition is underway (ownership change, succession, new investors, a scaling phase) and there's no one to carry it operationally without becoming a permanent fixture.
● Finance, legal, and people run in parallel instead of together: what's missing is a leadership role that treats them as one system rather than separate silos.
● A founder or owner is operationally overloaded because commercial leadership has ended up resting informally on them, instead of being properly delegated.I step into that responsibility with the goal of leaving behind a system that holds without me.
